At For Keeps, we highly value the health of our customers and staff. The spread of the COVID-19 virus is a rapidly changing situation and we are all in uncharted waters. We want to take a moment to share with you what we are doing to protect our For Keeps community.
At For Keeps we are disinfecting our door handles at the store entrance in both the front and back of the store upon open and again multiple times over the course of each day. Weather permitting we will have doors propped open so no one needs to touch the handles at all.
While we don't have a public restroom, we will be disinfecting the bathroom door handles, sink area and all fixtures multiple times a day as well.
Our checkout area, cash register and wrapping station will also be cleaned hourly as it is the area customers and staff will come in contact with most often.
Our staff will wash their hands regularly and have access to hand sanitizer and customers wanting to use hand sanitizer are welcome to use ours.
Staff who are feeling ill or exhibiting flu or cold-like symptoms have been instructed to stay at home.
Any customers who would like to shop with us but do not wish to go out in public can shop via phone (419-353-2232) via Facetime (419-308-2631) or here though Facebook with messenger. Simply contact us. We will happily send you photos of items, process transactions over the phone and ship items to you or meet you in the parking lot with your purchases.
What can you do? Practice good hygiene by washing your hands regularly. Sneeze or cough into your elbow, not your hands. Use hand sanitizer. Stay home if you feel ill. And stay informed as the recommendations from the experts evolve.
We love our For Keeps community and value your patronage more than we can say. As of now, it is business as usual here at For Keeps. We are open 9am to 8pm Mondays through Saturday and 12-5 on Sundays. We are doing our best to take the steps necessary to keep everyone safe and accommodate your needs.
